Ice Bucket Challenge Leads to Arrest of Attempted Murderer

By Elizabeth Nelson

There is justice in this world but sometimes it just takes time for the idiots of the world to slip up, or in this case, jump on the band wagon and dump a bucket of ice water on their empty head.  This is all about a thug that tried to kill someone, skipped bail in 2010 and had a warrant out for his arrest.

The ironic thing here is, one of his boys challenged him to do the #icebucketchallenge and, since he was on the lam from the law, he of course graciously declined to do it and wrote $100 check, right? Oh no, not only did he do it, he posted it on his Facebook page.
Instead, Morris — wanted for violating terms of his parole — posted to Facebook a video of his try at the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, a fundraiser in which people pour a container of water and ice on their head in lieu of making a donation. Many participants do both.

Reading this story, one has to wonder about the person who actually challenged Morris. They had to have known that he skipped parole and had an outstanding warrant due to a 2010 conviction for attempted second-degree assault with a firearm.  No one ever said thugs were the brightest bulbs on the lamp post.  Hey ALS, I don't think you'll be getting that $25 completion check, #justsaying.
