What Could go Wrong: US Training the Taliban to Kill us & Take back Afghanistan

What do we think would happen if a two-star general, posing as an Afghan solder, got ambushed and assassinated by a US trained Taliban soldier that was supposed to be "one of the good guys", do you think our MSM would sound the alarm and tell us that Obama started a program to train the Taliban and potential al Qaeda sympathizers and that this plan might not have a happy ending?

Yeah, you heard crickets about Major General Harold Green's murder too, right and you didn't know that Obama is training the Taliban to basically take back Afghanistan and kill us?

Army Maj. Gen. Harold Greene was ambushed and shot in the back of the head by a uniformed Afghan soldier while visiting an officer training academy in Kabul, where security was managed by the Afghans. He was the most senior casualty suffered by the US during the War on Terror and the highest-ranking soldier to die in a combat zone since Vietnam.

The shooter was ID’d as 27-year-old Mohammad Rafiqullah, who joined the Afghan army more than two years ago, before the Pentagon launched a counterintelligence surge to weed out such insider attackers. From a second-story bathroom window, Rafiqullah aimed his US-issued M16 assault rifle at the delegation about 10 minutes into a briefing. In an open area, the general stepped forward and told a joke to the group. That’s when Rafiqullah opened fire in a barrage that lasted long enough for him to empty one magazine and change to another before dying in a shootout.

The absolute lunacy of this entire program is the fact that two programs are feeding into this recruiting pipeline for the Afghan security force, and our US  troops are supposed to "train them to take over," which only further endangers their lives to insider "Jihad" attacks like Maj. Gen. Greene and jeopardize their mission. 

“Yes, they are that trusting of our security partners,” said a senior US Army intelligence official who wished to go unnamed. “And it got a two-star killed.”

Two other insider attacks on coalition forces took place at other military installations the same day.

The sad fact of this "genius Obama plan" is, our US military fear that up to 25% of the forces are Taliban or al Qaeda operatives and sympathizers which means we aren't just arming and training multiple thousands of enemy combatants but we're giving them easy access to US personnel and intelligence.

Afghans are also in charge of security of training centers like the one Greene visited. Though the general had a personal security detail, I’m told the facility was not properly screened for threats in advance of his arrival, which was broadcast to the Afghan soldiers there.  Read more NYPost

This just further proves Allen West's, "Obama is an Islamist" point, as no one that wants to see a stronger, safer, secure America would make the enemy a stronger foe and give them more tools to kill us. Shall we send them plane tickets to NY now or later?
