Home Depot reported Tuesday that they more
than likely have been the latest retailer to feel the sting of a credit-card breach
at the hands of hackers, much like Target was last December.
Home Depot shares (HD:US) dropped 2 percent to $91.15 at
the close in New York, the largest decline since April 7. The stock has climbed
11 percent this year.
t's sad but it's a fact, mean
people suck. The Target
hack, we learned later, had a specific code identifier. The code the hackers
used was written in Russian, so it is believed that job was done, and possibly
even this one, are being pulled off by a Russian mob. So much for Obama's
little cutesy debate joke, "the 80s are calling, the Cold War is over, they want their foreign
policy back."
Guess what, Mr. President, either you're frigid feckless
personality has frozen it back up or Russia has zombified, because the Cold War is back and
Russia is knocking at our door again.
