So, Mr. Obama, how has that plan worked, now that America
isn't in the world? Putin is the world
power and expanding his borders unchecked, Iran is thumbing their nose at you,
Israel is at war, Boko Haram kidnapped 3,000 girls and is now partnered up with
ISIS/ISIL. Oh yeah, ISIS/ISIL, the ex-partners of that decimated Al-Qaeda you love
to brag about, are now are an army and a threat, but they are still out there,
with or without "leaders." Now
you have a plan, but you had one in Estonia.
Remember when Obama was in Estonia earlier this month, and
caught flack for saying his first objective was to “degrade and destroy
ISIS" and everyone thought that was "too weak," and
maybe he was perhaps underestimating them, and then minutes later, he appeared
to walk back that objective, saying he wanted to reduce the [JV] terrorist
group to a “manageable problem?”
"Manageable problem?" This makes me nervous and wonder
if he's still thinking he can "manage ISIS the problem." After
listening to his Wednesday night pep talk, especially when he brings up Yemen
and Somalia, because during Obama's Wednesday night prime-time speech, you can watch
it here,
because he returned to his original "let's contain, degrade and [eventually]
destroy them" plan: “We will degrade and ultimately destroy” the Islamic State terrorist
group.
"We took out Osama bin Laden and much of al Qaeda's leadership in Afghanistan and Pakistan. We've targeted al Qaeda's affiliate in Yemen, and recently eliminated the top commander of its affiliate in Somalia...Thanks to our military and counterterrorism professionals, America is safer."

Do you feel safer today, America? But ISIS/ISIL Islamic State is Not Islamic, so this
isn't a Caliphate, so they aren't Extremist Muslims? I'm so confused:
Now let's
make two things clear: ISIL is not "Islamic." No religion condones
the killing of innocents, and the vast majority of ISIL's victims have been
Muslim. And ISIL is certainly not a state. It was formerly al Qaeda's affiliate
in Iraq, and has taken advantage of sectarian strife and Syria's civil war to
gain territory on both sides of the Iraq-Syrian border. Read transcript
Well, America, don't we feel better? Obama is trying to keep at least ONE of his promises.
"I know, because I am one of them [Muslim]," which
is WHY he sides with them.
"No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other."
Because of Obama's Muslim "faith" he ignores the fact that Thousands of Christians, not Muslims, are being "Culturally Cleansed" by ISLAMic State

The President outlined four components of his strategy:
1. A systematic campaign of airstrikes. Obama said the airstrike
campaign would be expanded beyond humanitarian missions and protecting American
interests, to include supporting Iraqi ground forces as they go on the
offensive against ISIS.
"So ISIL poses a threat to the people of Iraq and Syria, and the broader Middle East -- including American citizens, personnel and facilities."

Wait, I thought we were "safer" today?
2. An increase in support of Iraqi and other forces on the ground. While he reiterated that U.S. troops will not have a combat missions, he suggested that additional special forces would be deployed to assist the Iraqis with intelligence gathering.

3. The U.S. will “redouble” its counter-terrorism efforts.
Obama said these efforts will include working with “our partners” to cut off
ISIS funding, stemming the flow of foreign fighters into and out of the region,
and countering the terrorist organization’s “warped ideology.”
First, we will conduct a systematic campaign of airstrikes against these terrorists. Working with the Iraqi government, we will expand our efforts beyond protecting our own people and humanitarian missions, so that we're hitting ISIL targets as Iraqi forces go on offense. Moreover, I have made it clear that we will hunt down terrorists who threaten our country, wherever they are. That means I will not hesitate to take action against ISIL in Syria, as well as Iraq.

So, Mr. Obama, will this be another Vietnam, no no no, we've seen this before, and you mentioned this historically tragic and "humanitarian" event in your speech, but you don't know American history, therefore, God Forbid, we are doomed to repeat our "humanitarian aid" history, you infantile ego idiot...
4. A continuation of humanitarian assistance to civilians
threatened or displaced by ISIS. He specifically mentioned “tens of thousands
of Christians” who have been driven from their “ancient homelands.”
"This counter-terrorism campaign [not
war-on-terror] will
be waged through a steady, relentless effort to take out ISIL wherever they
exist, using our air power and our support for partner forces on the ground.
This strategy of taking out terrorists who threaten us, while supporting
partners on the front lines, is one that we have successfully pursued in Yemen
and Somalia for years. And it is consistent with the approach I outlined
earlier this year: to use force against anyone who threatens America's core
interests, but to mobilize partners wherever possible to address broader
challenges to international order."Yemen and Somalia, really Mr. Obama, you want to use them as examples? Not only are they both entirely different and completely unstable countries, but they are both very different problems, than the ISIS problem that we are currently dealing with. Yemen is now your Decimated Al Qaeda's new Islamic Emirate and how can any of us forget the "airstrike with ground support Operation, just like Somalia." Oh wait, you either didn't learn American history or don't remember it, allow me introduce you to Blackhawk Down.
While Obama didn’t give Americans his timeline in his speech for
expanding U.S. military actions in his non-war against the Non-Islamic ISIS – which he referred to
as a “counter-terrorism campaign,” because he ended the "war-on-terror" – he did say for the first time that he will
not hesitate to strike ISIS targets in Syria, which he has been urged to do by
military commanders and others alike.
Now, although he refuses to voice his "timeline" from the White
House, he has inferred that
it "this is going to be a lengthy process that could take the 'core coalition' "up to three years or more, to degrade ISIS". Wait, is he planning on extending his
Presidency? Yet, this isn't going to be
another "deficit taxing, military threatening 'Bush's fault' Iraq excursion"
war. Oh no America, no, this is Obama's, "Counter-Terrorism Degradation Minimization
Humanitarian" problem.
