Only in FL - Michael Dunn - Justice or Malicious Prosecution?: Don't like the Verdict, "RETRY"

Can you imagine if a black man shot a white 17-year old that he claims he truly believed he saw a gun in the car and he believed he was threatened by the decedent that he was going to kill him then by due process, the jury convicted him on four counts of attempted murder and was sentenced to 60 years. 
However, the parents and family didn't "think that justice was served" and didn't like the verdict so they wanted the District Attorney Corey and the State of Florida to pay for a retrial on the Major Count of first-degree murder and they were successful in their plea.  

Can you imagine what this country would do? "This is racist, " "this is a racial injustice," "this is unjust and malicious prosecution."  This is what is happening right now in Jacksonville, FL with the Michael Dunn case being retried, at our expense. Oh, but now the parents said "they will accept the verdict, whatever it is." Of course they will, he's already been convicted and sentenced to SIXTY years. DUH #liberallogic Can you imagine if you were in Dunn's shoes?

The jury deadlocked on the most serious charge of first-degree murder against Dunn, forcing Judge Russell Healey to declare a mistrial on that count.

The failure to reach a verdict on the first-degree murder charge is a blow for the prosecution and the Davis family. But Dunn still faces at least 60 years in jail for the attempted murder convictions against the three other teens, legal analysts said.  Continue Reading Reuters

Because the jury deadlocks on the most serious charges, but convicted him on the lesser, "justice wasn't served?" So, the mob in Ferguson had it right, "Kill the cop, we want justice;" it's the kill the white people, when a white man takes the life of a black person mentality, but God forbid we turn the tables and hint about serving up the same justice to the black community when they are the ones doing the killing.

Remember, it's "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." You liberals are the ones that believe we "can all just get love, smile and get along," but this proves that we can't, because even the scales of Justice System are tilted to one side, because your liberal thumb is on it.
