Welcome to a World Without America

A lot of us have seen it's a Wonderful Life, George wishes he'd never been born, then goes through and sees what everyone's life would have been like had he never been born to affect their lives with his very existence. 

 

America is seeing a "Wonder Life" phenomena happening right now.  It's almost as if Obama had cried out to his Allah, "what if America had never been born" and we're seeing the effect of a world without America as a world power, have you been paying attention?

You know about the fighting and unrest surrounding Russia in Ukraine, threatening us with Nuclear war, Israel, Hamas, Iran, and ISIS merging with Boko Haram, but did you know about China and Japan?

In a move that riled Japan, China expanded its air defense zone to include a group of uninhabited islands in the East China Seas that was previously claimed by both countries.

"Situated in potentially energy-rich waters, the islands are known as the Senkaku in Japan, and the Diaoyu in China. They remain controlled by Tokyo, but Beijing says they belong to China, and in the past year has grown more assertive in staking that claim, with increased numbers of Chinese boats and planes crossing into Japanese waters and airspace to visit the area.

"Saturday morning, the Chinese air force promptly conducted its first patrol of the new air zone. ...

"The United States is 'deeply concerned' by China's new zone, Secretary of State John Kerry said in a statement Saturday.

"'We view this development as a destabilizing attempt to alter the status quo in the region. This unilateral action increases the risk of misunderstanding and miscalculations,' Kerry said from Geneva, where he was participating in Iran nuclear talks."  Read more USAToday

The BBC reports that the move is in line with the more muscular posture taken by President Xi Jinping.

China's defence ministry said aircraft entering the zone must obey its rules or face "emergency defensive measures".

The islands, known as Senkaku in Japan and Diaoyu in China, are a source of rising tension between the countries. Japan lodged a strong protest over what it said was an "escalation".

His nationalist approach, backed-up by large increases in spending on the armed forces, is welcomed by many in China. But it has led to increasing tension with almost all of China's neighbours. Many, like Japan, have defence agreements with the United States, which has long sought to preserve the balance of power in Asia.

The fear is that one small incident, for example between Chinese and Japanese vessels or aircraft, could escalate rapidly into a far wider and more serious crisis.

"Setting up such airspace unilaterally escalates the situations surrounding Senkaku islands and has danger of leading to an unexpected situation," Japan's foreign ministry said in a statement. Read more bbc

Bloomberg is reporting that Japan has disputed China's expansion and has declared their intent to protect claim, but hasn't announced how they intend to protect the air zone encompassing the islands.

China announced an air defense identification zone in the East China Sea effective Nov. 23 and said its military will take “defensive emergency measures” if aircraft enter the area without reporting flight plans or identifying themselves. Japan lodged a complaint as the U.S. and South Korea expressed concern about China’s actions.

So sadly, as our world falls further and further into chaos, with America falling further and further behind, no longer a World Super Power, we can see what the world looks like without America in it, and what it would have looked like, had She never been born.

However, unlike in the movie, we can't just cry out to our guardian angel, Clarence, to fix this mess that our liberal lemmings voted us into and have him send us back to our Wonderful Life and in a sweet snowfall we're suddenly back to the America we once knew and loved with a fabulous President that loves our country and her people. 

Oh no, the damage is going to be great and we're going to have to fight like hell to undo all that this village idiot has done to us, but we are Americans and we aren't just resilient, we are survivors who have lived and come back from worse than Barack Hussein Obama and we will do it again.
