naturalization, for much smaller numbers, and the major difference between Obama and these two
Presidents, they stayed within the boundaries and confounds of the law and worked closely with Congress to pass Immigration reform, not around Congress.
Obama wants to overhaul it and write law, even after he told others he didn't have the authority "as President" to do it. He understood, once before, that he couldn't do this - under the law -

Obama had control of Congress and did nothing about Immigration reform and yet now he feels it's necessary to Unconstitutionally rewrite Immigration on his own? **Throwing the BS Flag** He just enjoys tweaking the noses of the GOP and energizing his base while he does it; this empiric president is establishing a dangerous precedent that violates fundamental principles of separation of powers.
