Lois Lerner's Neighbors won't Hide the IRS Lying Bat

When Pension-paid and Retired Lois Lerner is targeted by a reporter with a camera, while walking her dogs, she unsuccessfully tries to barge into a neighbors home.  The drama that unfolds is downright hysterical, made only funnier because her neighbors, that obviously don't like her, are smart enough not to let this lying weasel into their home to run and hide.

Former IRS official Lois Lerner sought refuge in a neighbor’s home after being confronted by a journalist asking questions about her role in targeting conservative groups.

“You didn’t hesitate to target conservatives, but you’re hesitating to speak. Why?” Mattera asked Lerner as he followed her to a neighbor’s doorstep.

It gets funnier when the husband of wife comes out to confront her, "What are you doing here? I don't want her here."  To which Mattera quickly responded, "I don't blame you, she might sic the IRS on you."

Now, is what Mattera did right, probably not, when you make someone squirm like a bug under glass, but what he did was put the shoe on the other foot as he dismissed the rights of another American to investigate and interrogate the person he had under his thumb. His obvious disdain for his subject was as obvious as hers for us "as*hole Conservative terrorists" and she went after us with as much gusto, enthusiasm and disregard for our rights. She must have forgotten, "do unto others, as you would have them do unto you," and Karma is a fickle Bitc.*

Moral of the story:

You can run, but you can hide and if we are Lois Lerner, we can now see we can't hide in our neighbor's house.

Ms. Lerner, I Have One Final Question, Before I Let You Go.....

Lois Lerner pled the fifth both times she was summoned before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. But not before making a statement, which, by the way, if I or any of you did that we would be subject to questioning, she was not!



Well, it appears that Ms. Lerner has slithered out from under her rock to do an interview with Politico. NOT Fox news or Newsmax but that credible outfit Politico! 

In this Politico interview, Lerner would not address anything related to the targeting of Conservative groups, but did want to inform us all of what a fine upstanding government worker she was and how committed to doing what was right, and what was in the best interest of ALL of us and the country.

She states and I quote, "I think it's important to me to say I didn't do anything wrong" she goes on to say, "I regret that this has turned into such a circus  I was doing my job".

Well, Friends,  I propose this to you.  This the most Corrupt IRS in history, led by this illicit administration minion who was caught in a paper trail and pled the fifth for no other reason but to cover her own backside and the crumb trail that lead straight to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue!  

This is probably one of the worst Department of Justice administrations led by that political hack, race baiting Attorney General Eric Holder.  Whom, by the way will never prosecute Ms. Lerner for contempt!  The IRS scandal is but one of many that will resonate within the Obama legacy.  

It is one that affects every single taxpayer in the country!  It is an abuse of power based on malignant political ideology that has metastasized throughout our great country that begins and ends with the president. 

 The very people you and the IRS have targeted are same people paying for your retirement, so remember that the next time you look in the mirror!  

 So, Ms. Lerner, I have but one final question before I let you go.  If you did nothing wrong, and was only doing your job, why did you plead the fifth twice? 

New Bombshell Documents Explode in Obama's IRS Scandal

New IRS Documents show they didn't need a Conservative Donor List to attack Conservatives.  

We're finding out from Judicial Watch why Lois Lerner felt the need to plead the 5th.  You see, the 5th Amendment is for witnesses of a crime, or the accomplice of said crime, and they understand that they have information pertaining to the crime that that they either committed or helped to perpetrate and by divulging said information will "incriminate" themselves. Now we're learning that the IRS had a "Secret Research Project," by Top IRS Officials.

Judicial Watch today released a new batch of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) email documents revealing that under former IRS official Lois Lerner, the agency seems to acknowledge having needlessly solicited donor lists from non-profit political groups.

According to a May 21, 2012, memo from the IRS Deputy Associate Chief Counsel: “such information was not needed across-the-board and not used in making the agency’s determination on exempt status.” Later, in her May 10, 2013, remarks in which Lerner first revealed in response to question she planted about the IRS targeting of conservative groups, she conceded that the requests for donor names was “not appropriate, not usual.” The new documents obtained by Judicial Watch also reveal that 75% of the groups from whom the lists were solicited were apparently conservative, with only 5% being liberal.

The documents came in response to an October 2013 Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Internal Revenue Service (No. 1:13-cv-01559)) filed against the IRS after the agency refused to respond to four FOIA requests dating back to May, 2013. The emails are contained in the sixth batch of documents the IRS has been forced to produce in response to the Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit.

Contained in the newly released IRS documents is an email from Deputy Associate Chief Counsel Margo L. Stevens that was sent in response to a question from Lerner concerning attempts to return donor lists the IRS had controversially obtained.  In Stevens’ May 21, 2012, email to Lerner, she wrote:

Key parts of this email and other documents the IRS produced to Judicial Watch have been blacked out.  (Many of the documents are completely blacked out (or partially redacted) seemingly because they are allegedly “pre-decisional” or “deliberative,” information that might be exempt from disclosure under FOIA.  The Obama administration’s decision to withhold this information is completely discretionary and is not required by law.)

A subsequent IRS email thread on June 27, 2012, revealed that inappropriately obtained donor lists were being used for a “secret research project” and that a top official wanted then-Acting IRS Commissioner Steve Miller to decide how to handle the issue.  The email exchange, with the Subject line “donor names,” included the following:

•  June 27, 2012: 8:59 AM — David L. Fish, IRS acting director of Exempt Organizations Rulings and Agreements, to Holly Paz:

Joseph Urban [IRS Technical Advisor, Tax Exempt and Government Entities] had actually started a secret research project on whether we could, consistent with 6104, argue that [REDACTED] Joe was quite agitated yesterday when I told him what we were doing. (He was involved when the initial question was raised, but we didn’t continue reading him in). At one point he started saying that this was a decision for Steve Miller–I told him we were already doing it, and that I didn’t know whether Lois had already talked to Nikole [former IRS Chief of Staff to IRS Commissioner Steve Miller] about this. Would not be surprised if he already started working on Lois.

•  June 27, 2012 9:02 AM — Holly Paz to David L. Fish:

Thanks for the heads up. The decision was made by Steve, based on advice from P and A. [Procedure and Administration]

Lerner’s and other IRS officials’ concerns about how to handle these donor lists came on the heels of an advisory from the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) to her and other IRS officials in late March 2012 of “an audit we plan to conduct of the IRS’s process for reviewing applications for tax exemption by potential section 501(c)(4), 501(c)(5), and 501(c)(6) organizations.”  The documents produced do not detail the “secret research project” nor disclose how the IRS used the donor names the agency improperly obtained.  Read more Judicial Watch

 

While the IRS' "not even a smidgen of Corruption" is continuing to unravel, we are all being skillfully distracted by ISIS, Russia, the Border Crisis, Israel, Hamas and whatever this Administration wants us to look at.

But you also said the same thing about Benghazi, and we're still waiting to see your "outrage" and "accountability" play out, aren't we, paper tiger?

IRS' Lois Lerner's Blackberry was Intentionally Juiced - "Wiped Clean" AFTER Investigation Started

Well, isn't this an interesting, but not shocking, turn of events.  It has been discovered that Lois Lerner's Blackberry was wiped clean after the investigation started. 

An IRS official told a federal court last week that the Blackberry used by former IRS official Lois Lerner was “wiped clean” in 2012, soon after Congress starting probing what would later become known as the IRS targeting scandal.

But according to the government watchdog group Judicial Watch, an IRS lawyer also said last week that the government has a backup system that should retain the emails of Lerner and other IRS workers.

“We were told that there was a backup system in case of catastrophe,” Judicial Watch Spokeswoman Jill Farrell told TheBlaze. “That was the first we heard of such of a thing, and understood from the DOJ that this system was government wide, that Lerner’s emails may be accessible, and that the Obama administration didn’t want to even look for them in our case.”

“We had already talked to her,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said this week. “Our personal staff and oversight committee staff had sat down with Ms. Lerner and confronted her about information we were getting from conservative groups in the state of Ohio and from around the country.”

And even Judicial Watch admits it’s not clear what happens next.

“We look forward to the [Department of Justice] explaining to the court its latest version of the Lerner email story and describing what backup computer systems the government has for the IRS and other federal agencies in case of a “catastrophe,’ ” Farrell said.Read entire Blaze Article Here

Of course, none of this really matters, and we all know why.  Just like Benghazi during the Presidential reelection; we won't hear anything more about this, just as we haven't really heard anything in the news beyond what you're hearing now and just as we haven't heard any updates before this or the activity on Benghazi select committee in Obama's Communist Lame Steam media. 

Oh, they've been doing real good about keeping us deflected and distracted with Israel, Ferguson and ISIS, but we won't hear any more about Benghazi or IRS, not now and definitely not again, until after the November elections.
