Ferguson, the Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth (with Wilson Interview)

Friends, as I write this my household as perhaps like yours is recovering from Thanksgiving.  A time to reflect and share a sentiment of gratitude towards family and friends.  Unfortunately we have been inundated with Ferguson coverage now that we know the grand jury will not indict Darren Wilson.  With that information, a small suburb in Missouri was lit up by anarchists, race baiters and criminals disguised as civilians decimating the town and innocent business owners.

These are the cold hard facts, That is NOT being reported by the mainstream media.  The grand jury deliberated over 3 months with mountains of evidence and numerous eye witnesses presented to them, including the testimony of officer Wilson.  The 12 people could not indict.  The account of that fateful day's events unfolded with you and I getting a glimpse when George Stephanopolous interviewed him and said this:

What did not help, the city of Ferguson, was the President's comments speaking out of both sides of his mouth by calling for peace but also stoking the fires that would burn by covertly condemning the very judicial process that rules the land.

And who can forget Michael Browns stepfather calling to "Let's not just make noise, let's make a difference" and "burn this bitch down" on CNN:

And speaking of CNN, their coverage was simply biased  liberal left wing ideology disguised as journalism!  Slanted, unprofessional and opinionated. If that wasn't proof enough, two New York times reporters decide to publish officer Wilson's home address!  That is beyond the pale and if anything happens to Officer Williams they will have blood on their hands.

Michael Brown had just committed a strong armed robbery, assaulted a store clerk, confronted, assaulted and overpowered a police officer whom was in clear fear for his life.  I could be wrong friends, but if you rob and assault a police officer there will be consequences, and yes sometimes those consequences are deadly, sadly.  But, as the profound words of Crosby, Stills and Nash so eloquently have been spoken parents "teach your children well".

My thoughts are with the good citizens of Ferguson.  As we shared a time of thanks with our loved ones, I pray that we as a country somehow right our moral compass.  I wish all of you a continued happy and blessed Thanksgiving.......

Self-Promoting Parents and Celebrities Grieve over Michael's Lost Life, by Promoting Themselves

Apparently the grieving process is a distant third when there’s money to be made and fame to be gained.
Michael Brown's parents have been hitting the celebrity circuits of talk shows and even managed a European trip to speak to a United Nations forum on human rights recently.

They've schmoozed with celebrities like Snoop Dog.  They've hung out with liberal politicians and race baiters like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.  They've basked in the limelight of celebrity show time.

What they haven't had time for is providing their son Michael with any grave marking whatsoever.  That's right.  Michael Brown, Jr. is moldering in an unmarked grave with no headstone or grave marker plaque.  Read more at CNN.com

Meanwhile the Brown's are more interested in marketing the tragic loss of their son's life and death.  What's worse is that their marketing has erupted in violence within their own family that will likely result in criminal charges being brought against one or more family members.

Michael Brown Grand Jury Leaks: No Indictment Of Darren Wilson

By Elizabeth Nelson

So,  will we be looking at more riots in Ferguson and more lives and property in the St. Louis area affected by this latest leaked information that has been anonymously leaked from the Michael Brown Grand Jury; that there won't be an indictment of Officer Darren Wilson, for the shooting of Michael Brown?

The St. Louis Police Department has already started to stock up on riot gear ahead of the grand jury's decision. Read more at CBS St. Louis Local

By now, we've all seen the footage of Brown robbing a store hours before being shot, but we are told that we are "not allowed to hold his crimes against him" or "consider him guilty before tried" and yet not only did an entire town do exactly that, but an entire Country, it's POTUS and the Attorney General, as they all not only chose sides, but pronounced themselves judge, jury and executioner.

With that said, I am completely open to the possibility that Brown did not deserve to be shot to death, even though Wilson was within his rights to defend his life after being violently attacked. I have no wish for a particular grand jury outcome, except that they follow the facts and the law, sequestering themselves completely from the hostile mood inflamed by the race grievance industry that we find ourselves in today.

Unfortunately, I don't think even the pound of Wilson's flesh this mob was screaming for would even satisfy them and it sure wouldn't bring back the boy with the anger issues, which he obviously inherited from his mother.  If this truly does boil down to "no indictment," I pray our leaders have the common sense to get in front of this and put out the flames of hate, instead of fanning the racial flames and lamenting in our Countries racial immaturity.

None of this will be helped by a president and attorney general who have prematurely taken sides in cases that they continued to make physically black and white, instead of leaving legally open-and-shut black-and-white. We didn't see them weighing in on Dillon Taylor getting shot for his "armed cell phone" outside a 7 Eleven gas station in Salt Lake City, UT; the "tight lipped cops" haven't identified the cop, like they did in Ferguson, and have made no promises of "arrest or indictment" there either. #doublestandard Cops aren't Super Heroes, in capes and tights, they are just fallible men, that want to go home safely to their families too.

If the Michael Brown grand jury does in fact return an indictment, let us also hope it was based on evidence and not a collapse under pressure from the racially-charged masses, and if there is no indictment, let us pray that any angry reactions stop short of the disgusting violence that has shattered the reputation of Ferguson, a town that has suffered enough.

When are we going to stop living life by two sets of rules and standards, one for whites and one for blacks? We all live up to or fall by the benchmark we set for ourselves and others, and we have no one to blame but ourselve

Michael Brown's Mom May be Charged with Violent Assault and Felony Armed Robbery

By Elizabeth Nelson

This is proof, thugs, robbers and criminals aren't born, they are created and Michael Brown didn't fall and roll far from the tree, he obviously learned his, "don't disrespect me, or I'll beat yo ass" lifestyle, from his momma, Lesley McSpadden.

Now the police are trying to decide if they are going to charge McSpadden with violent assault and felony armed robbery after she got a gang of 20-30 people together to rob and beat the crap out of her ex-mother-in-law, Pearl Gordon, and another victim with a pipe for, get this, selling pro-Michael Brown T-shirts.

Of course, if you can't play the "race" card, because you happen to beat the holy hell out of your family, by all means, play the "I didn't do it [oh someone got this on tape?] [plan b] "I'm grieving my [thug-ass] son" who just happened to strong-arm-rob a convenience store just moments before he beat the crap out of a cop, breaking his eye, almost disarming him, scratching his throat and his blood was found on Wilson's gun and uniform, but hey, who cares about facts today?

GoFundMe Cashin' in Racial Division in America

by Kim D.

Gofundme.com is cashing in on the tragedy of Ferguson, MO with multiple campaigns. At least three GoFundMe pages exist for Michael Brown's family. In addition to the Michael Brown Memorial Fund, The Brown Siblings Memorial Fund, created August 12th by DeMarco Davidson, has earned $2,403 out of a requested $10K to date, and the Michael Brown Jr. Fundraiser has earned $4,500 out of the requested $5K. In 12 days, these three pages have earned $249,542  of  which  5% ($12,477) goes to GoFundMe.

August 17th the Support Officer Darren Wilson fund was created and completely funded in seven days to the tune of $234,910. A similar account to Support Officer Wilson was created by the nonprofit Shield of Hope on August 21st and has raised $143,904 in four days and will most likely meet the requested goal of $250K by the end of the day. These two accounts have earned $378,814 of which 5% ($18,941) goes to GoFundMe.

Add in over 30 additional accounts to fund transportation to protest, aide for protesters, and media equipment replacement, and GoFundMe stands to make considerable more due to the chaos surrounding Michael Brown's death.

Even more curious is the fact that despite GoFundMe's homepage promoting the Michael Brown Memorial Fund as "popular," the page to Support Officer Wilson is raising more money is less amount of time. Quite obviously, the page to support Wilson is more popular than the one to support Brown; however, Officer Wilson's page is not promoted nor is it easily searchable. Typing Darren Wilson, Officer Wilson, Support Officer Wilson will NOT bring up the page.

Evidently, upon threats of boycotting by those who were offended by the Support Officer Wilson page and some of the comments made by donors, GoFundMe, in its attempt to appease those outraged, disabled the comments and keywords for Officer Wilson support pages. Activist Shaun King began the boycott last Friday:

But is the outrage really about racist comments from donors or is it that the Wilson account is outraising the Brown account with more donors in less amount of time?  If King and his activist buddies believe GoFundMe is going to turn down revenue, they are crazy.

Autopsy Released . . . Opens Door to Further Questions About Brown Shooting

by Kim D.

Should police wear body cameras? In light of what we are witnessing in Ferguson, MO, the answer should be, most definitely, yes. The division in this country is so great that police will not be able to effectively do their jobs without fear of possible prosecution. The time has come for police to wear cameras with cloud-based storage, making it impossible to delete or edit a recording.

Too much speculation surrounds the use of deadly force against Michael Brown. Conflicting eye-witness accounts have been running rampant on the streets of Ferguson and on the Internet. Some claim Brown was running away from police when he was fatally shot. Some say he was giving himself up to police with arms raised. Others claim he was charging at the police when shots were fired.

Today Brown’s family held a press conference to discuss the independent autopsy performed by Dr. Baden and his findings. The results of this now published, second autopsy prompt more questions than they answer. The first autopsy, which has not been published and probably will not be until it has been determined if the officer involved should be prosecuted, was conducted by the county medical examiner, whom Dr. Baden praised as an expert in her field. Only the first autopsy had access to the body, blood, and clothing Brown was wearing.

Without being able to test the clothes for gunshot residue or the blood for drugs, all Dr. Baden’s examination could reveal is a) Brown was shot six times, b) all gun shots were survivable except for the final one which entered the top of Brown’s head, c) Brown did not experience prolonged suffering from his wounds. According to Dr. Baden, common sense indicates that the arm wounds were first and head shots were last, but science cannot tell exactly what happened.

However, these facts did not stop the Brown family lawyers from asserting Officer Wilson used excessive force and murdered 18-year-old Mike Brown. One lawyer, Daryl Parks, claims the two head shots are key to understanding what happened during the shooting incident. Parks asserted that the fatal shot to the top of the head indicates that Brown’s head was in a downward position. This, the lawyer pronounced, is ample evidence that Brown was surrendering to police.

Really?  Or, perhaps, could it indicate that Brown was falling toward the ground due to previous shots to the arm and head? Oh well, maybe Eric Holder's third autopsy will be able to provide more insight (possible but not likely).

Lawyers and Dr. Baden Answer Questions About Michael Brown's Autopsy

Obama and Holder Tried to Prevent Release of Michael Brown Robbery Video

By Elizabeth Nelson

Now, what motive could Obama and the DOJ possibly have with trying to strong arm the Ferguson Police Department and Police Chief Tom Jackson over the release of the video that shows Michael Brown strong arm robbing a retail clerk at Sam's Meat Market, stealing $48 dollars worth of cigars, just moments before the shooting?

So, in order to give the appearance of an "innocent kid," just "walking home." But even Trayvon's past was rewritten by the DOJ and the media.  His pot habit and selling it to his friends and classmates, excessive fighting, and selling of guns never made it to the light of day, did it?  Nor did Zimmerman's broken nose and the injuries to the back of his head, because they were "intentionally suppressed" by prosecution, just as pertinent details of this young MAN'S life will never see the light of day.  There will always be an agenda to push or to suppress, it seems, a base to pander to.

The Department of Justice urged Ferguson police not to release surveillance video purporting to show Michael Brown robbing a store shortly before he was shot and killed by police, arguing the footage would further inflame tensions in the St. Louis suburb that saw rioting and civil unrest in the wake of the teenager’s death.

Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson released the video Friday, telling reporters that he had no choice because the media requested the release under the Freedom of Information Act. The Department of Justice, which is conducting its own investigation into Brown’s Aug. 9 death, has had a copy of the footage all along and never considered releasing it to the public, the source said.

So now, because we have a half-black president in Obama, every child in a bad neighborhood feels he can beat up grown, armed men, and get away with it, and even threaten the lives of our Police Officers?

Then suddenly, at the time their soul leaves their body, their community suddenly believes that this person has a "heart of gold" and is "innocent" even though the person laying on the ground was the very one that was just robbing a store, moments before the shooting and assaulting a cop?

Now we add insult to injury and I'm sure they aren't trying to give the Watts Riots a run for their money:

So, if being tried by the court of public opinion isn't bad enough, now we're calling criminals "protesters" and saying it's their "First Amendment Right" to destroy their neighborhood, terrorize their neighbors, and destroy the dreams and lives of their friends and neighbors like emotional terrorists.  These people have become the looters victims, because they now no longer have a business or a job to go to, because they've looted and destroyed the business they once called an income.

If I were any of those business owners, WHY on God's green earth would I want to reopen a business in a community that showed me how much they "appreciated" my business by not only robbing from me but burning my livelihood down? NOT. So those employees have no one to thank  but their "peaceful protesting" friends and neighbors for putting them on the welfare and unemployment line and stealing from them too.   Maybe that's why Michael Brown didn't learn that valuable lesson, before he robbed a store or picked a fight with an armed cop, because he wasn't taught it from the adults of the Village:

Actions have Consequences.

Update on "Peaceful Protests":
Remember that Meat Market that Michael Brown robbed?
Welcome to ObamaNation
Looting Saturday - so much for "peaceful protests" let's just call them what they are, opportunistic criminals.

It's actually dangerous for him to take photos, because reporters lives are being threatened now, not just policemen.

Friend of Ferguson Cop, Darren Williams, Tells His Side of the Story

by Kim D.

Even though the veil has been lifted and his name revealed, no one in the public sector has heard Darren Williams tell his side of the story in regard to the shooting death of Michael Brown. However a friend who knew his story broke her silence by calling in to The Dana Show on Friday.

In time, the caller's story will be proven to be true or false once the official account of the incident is released. However, her story does appear to match up with an eye-witness who was there that day. Listen to this video (transcript of relevant parts found at The Last Refuge). Note that there is no blood on Michael Brown's back, disproving as so many have claimed that the cop shot Brown in the back as he was running away.  Also note that the witness claims Brown was charging toward the cop right before the fatal shots were fired.
