Obama Chooses a Side: DOJ Expected to Tie Fed's Hands & BAN "Religious" Profiling

By Elizabeth Nelson

This next story is rather timely, especially right after the Oklahoma "non-terrorist" beheading, workplace violence act that just happened. The Justice Department is expected to ban profiling by federal law enforcement, which will handicap any counter-terrorism efforts that happen across our country, adding to our already existing "prohibitive racial profiling" p
olicy
The LaTimes has just reported that the new rules would ban profiling based on religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation and includes no exemption for national security investigations. Not to mention, the Counter-terror investigators would be barred from undercover operations in mosques or other religious institutions unless there is reason to believe criminal activity is going on there, under a new policy expected within weeks.

Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr., who said Thursday he was stepping down, had been on the verge of announcing the new policy several months ago, but it was put on hold by the White House days before the intended announcement, according to a congressional aide who was not authorized to speak publicly on the matter. The White House insisted the policy be reviewed for its national security implications by the Department of Homeland Security, the aide said.
Now, my favorite line out of the entire article, because it is a glaring reflection of our government and the issue between our Republicans and Democrats:
Remember, we've already warned you that 300 Americans traitorously left our great country to fight for and train with ISIS and now 100 of them have now been allowed to come back into the United States, with the use of the Passports Obama allowed them to keep, and their terrorist training, leanings and knowledge, but don't you worry, "the Federal Bureau of Intelligence has them under surveillance."
Remember, Cambridge was investigating the Tsarvaev Brothers:
“The word was out regarding the suspects. We knew that his house was under surveillance, and the feds were all over the city of Cambridge.”  Because I'll remind you, the brothers were also involved in the MIT shooting of Officer Sean Collier. Now, don't we feel better about their "surveillance"?

Republican Senator from Iowa Charles Grassley asked the FBI in a public letterwhy there was increased FBI activity in the Cambridge area before Collier waskilled. “Was the surveillance being conducted in Cambridge on either of theTsarnaev brothers, their associates, or people later confirmed to be theiracquaintances?” asked Grassley.  Continue Reading InfoWars
Yet, the local authorities and the Feds weren't communicating with each other. So, the local authorities being "allowed" to profile, while the Feds not being able to doesn't fill me with great joy, when the Boston Bombers were able to fulfill their devious intent, but this isn't about us, this is about not infringing up the rights of Muslims, and their rights, while we hear "convert to Muslim or die" and "Allah Akbar" correct?  Just because you're afraid to call an alligator an alligator, with a taste for human blood, denial about its identity won't turn that gator into man's best friend.

  1. Obama is the living version of the fictional "Manchurian Candidate". He and his henchmen have infiltrated all levels of American government and the worst infiltration is in the federal court system, which will have a lasting adverse effect for at least a generation to come.

  2. ROFL@ the character "Obama-Manchurian Candidate" it so fits. However you've hit on a sad fact that most people don't understand. All of his phone calls and pen stroke unconstitutional overreach policy changes can't just be wiped away and overturned the moment he leaves office; his irresponsible and brainless policy brainfarts are going to effect us for decades, unless we put another Reagan in office and he shortens the time line, otherwise we're looking at a few Presidents to fix his mess. Can't take the cheese out of scrambled eggs. :)
