Joe Biden Incorporates Stupidity as a Cottage Industry and a Second Job to being VP

I can understand the occasional faux pas made by anyone, especially gas bag politicians, since they talk so much to whomever is willing to listen and yet they say so little of consequence in the process

Apparently, Joe Biden wants to be consequential in his public pronouncements,  Unfortunately, opening one's mouth only to utter something in error, untoward or flat out stupid, does' t deter Slow Joe from making such comments on a regular basis.  One would think that Joe, with all the gaffes he's made since becoming Vice President of the United States, would take special pains to make certain that his comments were accurate, on point and devoid of any vapid to stupid gaffes.  No such luck with Slow Joe, who just keeps rolling along.

Perhaps Biden is auditioning for his next job as standup comedian for morons too dumb to even understand lefty comedians Jon Stewart or Stephen Colbert.  In any event, here's Biden's latest SNAFU  from Tony Lee at Breitbart.

Vice President Joe Biden made another gaffe on Thursday, telling Harvard students that China is a part of North America.

Speaking at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, Biden made yet another blunder after saying that "North America is literally--not figuratively--the epicenter of energy in the world today."

"North America will account--meaning Mexico, China and Canada--for two-thirds of the growth of global energy supply over the next 20 years," Biden said. "By 2018, the United States will be a net exporter of natural gas, and most projections show North America will be totally energy independent by 2020, and the United States shortly thereafter."

Biden continued by saying "there are more rigs, gas and oil rigs in the United States pumping today than every other nation in the world combined."  

The problem with Biden's last statement is that it could not be farther from the truth.  It's so preposterous on its face that anyone with an ounce of brains would quickly recognize it as egregiously false.  Go to the WSJ article here  for a current comparison of oil and gas production between the U.S. and Russia and Biden's remark is revealed to be as stupid as he is.  

"You're twice as likely to be struck by lightning as you are to be effected a terrorist event in the United States" [40:19]

"America is back...we are a strong economy, we are the leading economy" [42:12]

"I have never been more Optimistic about America's [economic] future and that's not hyperbole" [42:47]

"We should help [china] solve their problems." [44] 

"We want the EU grow and that China grow if they don't grow we don't grow" [45:28] 

"We need to invest in our people." [45:35]
