President Obama probably never imagined in his wildest nightmares that he could possibly be responsible for a cataclysmic disaster of the Democratic Party in the upcoming midterm congressional elections. Well, reality is about to smack him pretty hard on November 4th. By all accounts and polls, the Democrats are set to lose the Senate majority and lose even more seats in the House.
The Republican Party is even more unpopular. But benefitting from their supporters’ greater likelihood of voting, GOP candidates nonetheless hold a 50-43 percent lead among likely voters for U.S. House seats in the Nov. 4 election.
Time and the many chronic failures of the Obama administration have not been kind to Obama's legacy and the giant shadow of impending doom he is casting over a floundering Democrat Party, of which he is the titular head.
