Most of these Wal-Mart employees will undoubtedly have to go to state Medicaid health insurance plans, since even Obamacare health insurance plans will be much more expensive than the majority of these workers can afford.
Wal-Mart's
decision is simply symptomatic of an American economy under Obama, which is
destined, and well on its way, to become a part time workforce of service
sector employees flipping burgers and other similar low paying jobs.
Here's what these part time employees have to look forward to for healthcare.
Medicaid
(MediCal in California) follows the old adage, "You get what you pay
for." Since Medicaid recipients pay very little to nothing for
Medicaid, they can expect to receive the same level of value in medical
services provided and paid for by Medicaid.
The adverse
results of Obamacare are only now beginning to be felt by Americans. More
and more Americans are being driven to poorer health insurance plans or systems
that either provide poorer medical options or charge much higher
premiums. What America is being pushed to is a health insurance and
medical service delivery system framework based upon the Medicaid model, which
has already proven to be a model for lowering the quality of health care
delivered to Americans.
