Rand Paul "If I were President, I'd Repeal all Previous Executive Orders..."

Okay, we all know that Rand is an isolationist, but he's a man of his word. So his latest statement early in Thursday's New Hampshire state primary raised quite a few eyebrows, 

"If I were President, I think the first executive order that I would issue would be to repeal all previous executive orders.”  

Now, if we only heard that sentence, that sentence alone from a self-professed Constitutionalist would be a bad, bad thing, because former President GW Bush, his father with all his AIDS EOs, and yes, even Obama has signed some beneficial Executive Orders. 

People often talk about GW Bush's Executive Orders vs. Obama's but what they don't realize is, they weren't "over reaching" they were more along the lines of humanitarian "for the people," and not against our Constitution. Like Bushes Improving Assistance for Disaster Victims, Protecting the American People from someone unjustly taking our property, with his EO: Protecting the Property Rights of the American People. Or how about the EO we hear often, the Public Alert and Warning System - it had to start somewhere. 

We all know Bush loved our servicemen and women.  He signed an EO for our Service-Disabled Veterans, to strengthen opportunities in Federal contracting for service-disabled, giving them first dibs at Federal job contracts.  We hear every day about human trafficking, well, he even has an EO for Human trafficking Victims Protection. 

Now, what Rand actually said, in context, was:

“My inclination would be that there have been too many executive orders and that really you shouldn’t legislate through executive orders," Paul said,

 "I never want to make a blanket statement without looking at everything. My general inclination is you should have less executive orders, but that the executive orders could be used to undo a lot of executive orders that have overstepped their bounds.”

There are some things that isolationist Rand believes that I don't, but there are some Constitutional things that I can stand beside.  Now here, he's right.  Take all of the Executive Orders and pour them into a Constitutional Sieve and only the ones that are held fast and true in the Constitutional sieve pass the sniff test and will remain and the rest we will willingly flush down the drain, as they never should have been enacted upon in the first place; no matter when or what President or party was holding the pen when they signed.

So now we have Illinois Democratic Rep. Luis Gutiérrez being told that our Empiric leader has decided to take it upon himself to soon break the law, yet again, and do whatever it takes at the end of a pen, and sadly the progressives in this country want him to do it: and will be giving amnesty to approximately five million men, women and children that are here in the United States. Now this Democratic rep is dancing around like a drunk troll singing, "everyone get ready, King Obama is going to grant Amnesty to 4-5 million illegal aliens."  

“It's music to my ears that someone would have a source at the White House that say it's 5 million. Let me just say, tomorrow, the next day, and all of this week we're getting ready,” he said.

Gutiérrez appeared on MSNBC's Jose Diaz-Balart after MSNBC senior White House correspondent Chris Jansing said that senior White House officials expect Obama to grant executive amnesty to around 5 million illegal immigrants after his European trip to Estonia and Wales next week.

Reports have indicated that the executive action President Obama is planning to make by the end of summer could legalize some 5 million undocumented immigrants.

Of course, Obama wants to do this before the November elections so he can call out the evil Republicans and conservatives in America for being bigoted and anti-Hispanic for wanting our government to follow the law–the truth of what conservatives feel be damned.  Oh, please, really he just wants the extra Demonrat votes.

According to Gutiérrez, such a move would be “huge” and will require a lot of work.

“If it is 5 million, Jose, then that would be five times as many as when the president freed the dreamers from deportation, when he instituted [Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals] in June of 2012. When he said we’re not going to deport anymore immigrants that arrived here as children and you saw how was it, Jose, that our community was ill prepared,” the Illinois Democrat said. Gutiérrez  has been pushing for a "go around" of congress for months, because he's also been bragging about how "amnesty could bring 4-5 million new Democrat votes," and put the, "viability of the GOP in jeopardy." 

I'm less concerned about the GOP viability than the safety of whatever community the MS13 gang moves into, whatever terrorist groups, or the contagiously diseased individual, that decided to sneak across our border, but this occupying White House thug could care less about that, right?

What happened to our Constitution and a President that actually upheld it, not shredded it and did his own thing, defied Congress and dared them to impeach him?  It's almost like he wants civil unrest, just so he has a reason to enact that Martial Law executive order he signed.
