Another day, Another Case of a Liberal Double Standard Applied

Listen to any liberal moralizing and you would think your were listening to a resurrected Mother Teresa with all their piety, moral and ethical superiority over nasty conservatives.  They would tell you to your face that they alone are the ones who believe in diversity of thought to include all sides of an issue.  

Of course they are, at the least, delusional and, at the worst, are lying through their teeth, but that's what it means to be a liberal.  Everything is relative to the ends they seek to achieve at any given moment in time.  It sort of reminds you of Marxist dogma that says the ends justify the means.

In the case below, the end sought by this obvious liberal is to silence all opposition to liberal ideology.  Free speech and thought be damned.

Call it a classic case of political correctness and liberalism run amok. On Friday, Fox News' Todd Starnes reported that California’s Ventura High School prohibited a local football booster club from selling Chick-fil-A sandwiches at a "back-to-school" event. The reason? The principal doesn't like the owner's stand on gay marriages.

“With their political stance on gay rights and because the students of Ventura High School and their parents would be at the event, I didn’t want them on campus,” Val Wyatt, principal of Ventura High School, told the Ventura County Star. Ironically, the school district claims it embraces "inclusivity and diversity," which these days means, "think like us or else." Continue Reading Examiner

Read the principal's original justification for banning Chick-fil-A.  It's just as crazy as the principal's bigoted attempt to simply ban free speech that she was opposed to.  Is it any wonder our educational system is broken when we have liberals running our schools for the purpose of social re-education rather than preparing students to develop higher thinking skills to be applied toward their career choices.
